Job Description

Role & responsibilities Store Supervisor 1. Packing Material store operation. 2. Material Dispensing. 3. Checking RAW Material unloading check list 4. Checking packing material unloading check list 5. Accounting of scrap from shop floor 6. Putting GRN in SAP on daily basis 7. Maintaining scrap register. 8. Daily scrap report for maintain through software 9. Maintenance of RM PM inward register. Store Executive 1. Ensuring 90% material planning against production plan. 2. Prepare purchase & service order of store & spares 3. Maintain minimum inventory level. 4. Follow up for delivery/ payments. 5. Prepare MIS vendor management, Market survey, keeping proper record of PO, indents and plants requirement 6. Negotiation & networking 7. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
