Job Description

Roles and Responsibility: · To look after over site stores functions and report to project In-charge at Site/HO · To receive materials, approval, storage, proper handling and issue of material to project site and their proper recording and documentation on daily basis (GRN). · To arrange material receipt notes (MRN) to account department on daily basis. · To return rejected material to suppliers as per advice of purchase department. · To take physical stock of fixed assets, Materials at end of every month · To ensure reconciliation of all the materials and submit to the department timely. · Maintaining all records on Excel as per company norms. · Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting of the Stores being handled. · Material Reconciliation on Monthly Basis - i.e on the last day of Every Month · Indent V/s Material Receipt Report Stock Vs Issue Report
