Store Shift Manager

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our first store as Shift Managers and Customer Experience Specialists. If you have a love for retail and are adept at providing exceptional customer service, then this opportunity might be perfect for you! Your responsibilities will include understanding our products and following recipes to ensure that they are served spectacularly. You will be in charge of leading daily store operations, supervising and supporting the team, and ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-presented. Managing inventory, assisting with ordering supplies, and guaranteeing top-notch customer experiences will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will share your knowledge and passion for gelato by guiding customers on flavors and helping them select their perfect treat. Handling customer inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally, as well as accurately processing transactions, are also key tasks. To excel in this role, you should have a passion for people and a customer-focused attitude. Retail experience, particularly in food & beverage, is advantageous. Being a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, having strong communication skills, being reliable and punctual, and having a sweet tooth for gelato and desserts are qualities that we value. This position is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, paid time off, and a provident fund. The work location is in-person.
