1. Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
2. Monitor work orders and ensure availability of materials, manpower, and machines.
Collaborate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials (glass, EVA, cells, backsheet, etc.) and consumables.
3. Raise requisitions and track material shortages.
Track actual vs. planned production metrics and prepare daily MIS reports.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory, consumption, and WIP (Work in Progress).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
