Store Sales / Fashion Consultant

You will be working as a Store Sales Consultant / Fashion Consultant at a boutique in Wood Street, Kolkata that specializes in fusion wear, Indo-western, ethnic, and party wear collections for women. Your role will involve greeting and assisting customers, providing styling suggestions, and helping with purchases. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining stock records, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met. Additionally, you will assist in daily store operations, including stock checks, restocking, and following up with clients for trials, alterations, and deliveries. It is crucial to stay updated with fashion trends, collections, and styling techniques to provide the best shopping experience to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers with product selections, styling suggestions, and purchases. - Build strong relationships with clients to provide a personalized shopping experience. - Understand client preferences and recommend suitable outfits and accessories. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. - Maintain stock records, inventory, and visual merchandising standards in the store. - Assist in daily store operations, stock checks, and restocking as needed. - Follow up with clients for trials, alterations, and deliveries. - Stay updated with fashion trends, collections, and styling techniques.
