Role Overview: As a Receptionist and Store Manager, you will have a background in Clinical/Center/Salon environments and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to all clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every visitor. You will manage bookings efficiently to maximize team availability, oversee the customer appointments calendar, handle complaints with professionalism, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and courteous interactions will also be a key focus.
