Role & Responsibilities: Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns (Digital, ATL, BTL) Manage social media strategy, content planning & influencer marketing Drive visibility and performance on Swiggy & Zomato platforms Lead CRM, WhatsApp, and email marketing initiatives Conceptualize and activate store-level campaigns and in-store branding Track campaign ROI, build performance reports, and generate insights Collaborate with design, operations, and external vendors for smooth execution Ensure brand consistency across all channels and locations Handle marketing budgets and negotiate with agencies and platforms Stay updated on F&B trends and marketing innovations Preferred Candidate Profile: 5 to 7 years of experience in brand/marketing roles, preferably in F&B or hospitality Strong understanding of digital, content, and performance marketing Prior hands-on experience with aggregator platforms (Swiggy/Zomato) Creative thinker with excellent execution and project management skills Experience in CRM tools, WhatsApp automation, and social platforms Data-driven mindset with ability to draw insights from campaign performance Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
