Store Merchandiser / Fashion Consultant

Job Description

Varali Clothing is looking for a Fashion Consultant / Store Merchandiser who can manage both in-store customers at our Kozhikode boutique and online shoppers through virtual assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with styling, outfit selection, and billing.
• Handle online customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Maintain store displays and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Guide customers on product sizes, fits, and availability.
• Track fast-moving stock and support seasonal campaigns (Onam, Vishu, weddings).
• Build strong relationships with both offline and online customers to encourage repeat sales.

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
• Good communication in Malayalam & English.
• Experience in retail or online sales preferred (freshers also welcome).
• Ability to multitask between store sales and online customer handling.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (basic + performance incentives).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
