Role: Fashion Sales Executive (Dual Role – Store & Online)
We are looking for a smart, energetic sales person who can confidently manage both in-store walk-in customers and online customer queries (Instagram, WhatsApp, Website leads).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, explain products, and close sales
• Handle online leads through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and calls
• Convert enquiries into sales with persuasive communication
• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets (with incentive bonuses)
• Upsell combos (shirts + dhotis, saree + blouse, festive packs, etc.)
• Maintain customer follow-up and ensure repeat business
• Support basic store operations like billing & display arrangement

Requirements

• Strong communication in Malayalam (basic English preferred)
• Must be sales-driven, but also styling-focused
• Confident to talk to customers online & offline
• Passion for artisanal fashion is a plus, but closing sales is the priority

Compensation

• ₹10,000 basic + attractive sales incentives (earn up to ₹30,000/month)
• Staff discount on Varali products
• Opportunity to grow into Store Manager / Sales Head as we expand

Location: Gujarati Street, Near South Beach, Calicut

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
