Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Tanieya Khanuja's location in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, sales, and customer service for the store. Additionally, the Store Manager will manage inventory and stock, develop and implement marketing strategies, and supervise employees.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or related field

Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and sales

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience in managing employees

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience working in a luxury retail environment is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
