Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.

Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve business performance.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail management with at least 3 years in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and sales analysis.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
