Store Manager & Optometrist

As an Optometrist in our company, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff development. You will play a crucial part in fostering client loyalty and expanding our presence. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Hire, train, and assess store employees to improve productivity and performance. - Maintain the orderly and presentable appearance of the store. - Oversee stock and store operations to ensure smooth functioning. - Dispense and fit accurate prescriptions, spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids. Conduct refraction, diagnosis, and customer consultations. - Provide advice to patients on lens types, frames, styling, contact lenses, low vision aids, adjustments, and repairs to spectacles. - Manage inventory of lenses and optical products and contribute inputs for orders. - Provide qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales, stock, and customer feedback for decision-making. - Ensure quality control of eye measurements and audit fitments and dispensing techniques of Opticians. In terms of qualifications, we require candidates with a D. Optom / B Optom / M Optom degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
