Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Male/Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

**• **Greet and assist customers in the store.

**• **Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

**• **Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.

**• **Handle billing and process payments accurately.

**• **Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.

**• **Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

**• **Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (freshers can also apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and stand for long hours.

• Basic knowledge of POS/billing will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
