Store Keeper

Role Overview: As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory control, and providing timely reports to internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials according to Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery challan. - Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update stock levels in the system. - Organize materials in the store systematically for easy retrieval, utilizing FIFO/LIFO methods when necessary. - Issue materials to project/site teams based on material requisitions and keep records updated. - Maintain stock records using software tools such as Zoho, Tally, SAP, etc. - Conduct regular physical stock checks and support monthly/quarterly stock audits. - Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and transport/logistics personnel. - Ensure proper storage conditions including labeling, safety measures, and protection from damage. - Keep bin cards, stock registers, and documentation in good order. - Follow up with procurement/logistics teams on pending deliveries and maintain an updated list of expected materials. - Supervise laborers/helpers for loading, unloading, and stacking activities. - Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the warehouse at all times. Qualification Required: - Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any stream. - 3-4 years of relevant experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably in project-based or construction/manufacturing environments. - Familiarity with inventory systems, basic Excel, and ERP software. - Strong organization and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and responsibly.
