Store Keeper ( Experienced)

• Inventory management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Stocking: Arrange for proper storage of materials, ensuring they are organized, safe, and easy to access. This includes adhering to storage guidelines like First-In, First-Out (FIFO).
• Issuing: Measure, count, and dispense stock from the storeroom according to requests or requisitions.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and on hand in ledgers and bin cards.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and material requirements.
• Safety and cleanliness: Keep the store and warehouse clean, organized, and safe in accordance with regulations.
• Documentation: Process and maintain all necessary documentation for purchases, deliveries, and stock movements.
• Supervision: May supervise other staff members involved in store operations.
• Ordering: Initiate purchase requisitions for replenishing stock and may assist in ordering new items.
