Store Incharge

Experience - Need to have experience in API (pharmaceutical) , SAP, GST, sales Invoice preparation.

Coordinates and maintains Material content which is derived from cross functional Groups, Purchasing, Quality, Sales and Production.

 Material Consignment proper Quarantine labeling.

 Maintaining FIFO & FEFO system etch and every Material as Per SOP.  Dispatch Vehicle arrangement with communication of transporter.  FG Material Invoice preparation in ERP, also prepared the DeliveryChallan.  FG Material Invoice preparation, also prepared the DeliveryChallan and E-Way bill.  Handling of QMS Activity. (Chang control, Deviation, CAPA, Incident)  Preparation of SOP’s.  MonthlyStock Report preparation.  Physical Stock Checking.  Planning of work against available Manpower.

Maintaining of BSR, Approved Store, Quarantine, Packing Material & Rejected Material store, and stock record maintain.  Production Issue Material Update in ERP.  Owns continuous improvement of Material Processes and capabilities.  Responsible for checking daily material issue of Production Orders.  Monitoring and Co-ordination with Planners to close the production orders as per dispatch plan.  Monitoring System stock and continuous follow up with planners to clear stock of shop store locations.  Implementing Standard Operating Procedures.
