- Overseeing the daily operations of a plant store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
- Identifies current and future requirements of different sites by preparing report with Site In-charges
- To issue the material as per requisition slip authorized by Site In-charges by taking approval from Heads with proper care and handling.
- Responsible for controlling inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within Budget.
- To check all invoices for quantity, quality, rates and maintain record accordingly.
- To maintains appropriate level of inventory all the time in the store.
- Manages all aspects of Loss Prevention and adheres to external and internal procedures for theft, inventory management and operations controls.
- To ensure that the materials are properly stacked to obtain the physical stock at any time of the day with accuracy.
- Maintains 5S in store , determining locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
- Thorough understanding of Accounts, Inventory management & Budgeting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
