Store In-charge

As a Store Manager in the Granite manufacturing industry, your primary responsibility will involve maintaining accurate records of stock levels, assisting in inventory management, and ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages. You will be required to receive goods from suppliers, inspect items for any damage, and store them appropriately. Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing is essential, including stocking shelves and ensuring adequate stock levels. Your role will also include maintaining the required minimum stock level as per the approved list. After daily monitoring, you will need to prepare a material request procurement plan to be sent for purchase every month. Issuing materials as per the production plan against the material request from production will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, receiving goods, verifying the received materials against relevant Purchase Orders, and maintaining bin cards and store ledgers. Tracking inventory levels and initiating purchase requisitions when stock levels are low will be crucial in this role.
