Job Summary As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Prepare high-quality food while following hygiene and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and rating targets. Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs. Perform tasks assigned by the Shift Manager or Restaurant Manager. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physically able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods. Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma or equivalent.
