Job Title: Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward materials.
• Supervise unloading, receipt, stacking, and proper storage of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Issue materials to production as per requirement and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform regular stock verification, cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with the system.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for timely availability and movement of materials.
• Maintain inventory levels as per minimum and maximum stock norms.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of stored items.
• Handle scrap and rejected materials as per company policy.
• Use ERP/software for inventory tracking and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
• Assist in monthly and annual physical stock audits.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Material Management.
• 2–4 years of experience in stores/inventory function, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and inventory software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
