Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:
Maintain 100% accurate stock records in ERP & physical store, conduct stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
Warehouse Handling:
Organize storage, ensure labeling, safe stacking, and maintain 5S (clean & safe environment).
Material Flow:
Issue/receive materials for production, projects, service, and vendor job work.
ERP Operations:
Manage stock entries, GRN, dispatch, and tracking in ERPNext (or equivalent system).
Cross-Team Coordination:
Work closely with production, procurement, service, and project teams for smooth material availability.
Documentation:
Maintain GRN, challans, issue notes, reconciliation reports, and ensure audit readiness
