Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations including material inward/outward entry and stock handling
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for timely material availability
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Generate GRN, issue slips, stock reports through SAP/STERP
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, initiate reorders as necessary
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification
• Ensure safe storage and proper tagging of materials
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly stock reports
• Follow FIFO and maintain material shelf-life and traceability

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a store/inventory management role
• Proficiency in SAP and STERP software
• Strong knowledge of store procedures, documentation, and material handling
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
