Store Executive- Logistics

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Store Executive to join our team. Store Executive – Logistics is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient management of all records related to storage, movement, and handling of goods within the warehouse and logistics ecosystem. This position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting operational excellence, and facilitating seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing materials, products, and equipment.

· Update stock registers and inventory management software regularly.

· Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.

· Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery challans, gate passes, and dispatch records.

· Prepare reports on stock status, dispatches, and receipts as required.

· Accurately enter logistics data into ERP/WMS systems.

· Support in scheduling dispatches and receiving goods on time

· Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth movement of goods.

Key Competencies / Skills:

· Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems (ERP/WMS, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

· Strong MS Excel, Word, and basic data analytics skills

· High attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness

· Ability to manage records for large volumes of goods

· Strong organizational and documentation skills

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

Educational Qualification:

· Graduate (B. Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc. or equivalent)

· 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics data handling or storage operations

· Exposure to fast-moving or large-scale warehouse operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
