Profile - Store Executive

Qualification - Any Graduate

Experience - Min. 3+ yrs. as a store executive with complete knowledge

Maintain stock of electrical components (wires, cables, switches, panels, motors, transformers, tools, etc.) as per requirements.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Carry out physical verification of stock on a regular basis.

• Ensure proper storage to prevent damage, rust, or deterioration of electrical items

Receive incoming materials from suppliers, check quality and quantity against purchase orders.

• Maintain Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and record all incoming stock.

• Issue required materials to production, maintenance, or project teams against approved requisitions.

• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) / LIFO methods where applicable

Work on ERP, SAP, or store management software for digital record keeping.

• Implement best practices in inventory management.

• Assist in periodic internal and external audits.
