JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibilities:
1) Verify all the incoming material according to PO or as per Standard. Receive, unload, and shelve materials. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the store.2) Perform other stock-related duties, including Prepare Good Receipt of incoming material and submit to accounts, returning, packing, and labeling goods.3) Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to purchase /accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.4) Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items to ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.5) Issue raw materials as per requirement of Production. Inventory control.6) Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of goods/ equipment for necessary minor repairs through maintenance dept.7) Knowledge of MIS, proper bookkeeping and Inventory Management System in ERP software.8) Preparation of Monthly Stock statement.9) Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock10) Track with the production department for finished goods for timely dispatch of materials.11) Make invoice of goods & coordinate with customers to send it.

TIME : 7 AM TO 3 PM / 3 PM TO 11 PM (Shift Duty)
