Store Design Manager

In collaboration with internal teams, developers, and external vendors, you will be responsible for obtaining interior layouts, detail drawings, and other necessary documentation. Your role involves creating construction detail drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for submission, working closely with various departments to gather project specifications, and documenting and maintaining records accordingly. You will be tasked with developing and submitting layout and furniture details for design and detailing as per project requirements. Additionally, coordinating with interior designers/consultants for site visits, design concepts, 3D models, and space plans will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring the accuracy of drawings on-site and timely creation of mock-ups will be essential in your role. As a Store Design Manager, you will maintain a comprehensive database of all designs and related documentation, provide timely support to internal departments on relevant matters, and may be involved in work review activities for the team. Your certification in Interior Designing, proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and MS Office, along with a solid understanding of Construction Methodology, Technology, and Materials, will be crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the Retail Industry.
