Store Assistant with Hotel Experience

Ensure all materials are stored under optimal conditions and ready for issuing

Ensure all storage areas are clean and high hygienic standards

Maintains the bin labels system

Ensures that store room temperatures including the freezer and the refrigerator are in line with organization Standards

Ensure verify Quantity & Quality of the materials received for store room and signs the goods receiving note

Ensure all issues from stores are recorded as per the company standard procedures

Maintain record and sign all the store requisitions

Ensure log book entry for all the store requisitions and forward the report to inventory control

Prepare and submit the report to Stores Manager for the list of items at re-order point

Ensure the FIFO system followed for issuing of all the items

Ensures the beverage label is attached on the liquor bottles issued

Ensure each hard liquor is issued against an empty bottle

Maintain par stock of materials as per the company set standard and business strategy

Implement standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance.

Determine standard stock and re-order levels with Department Heads and Management in line with the forecasts

Manage all the receipts

Maintain proper inventory procedures for all the food and beverage items by receiving and storing and protect them from pilferage and spoilage

Responsible for maintain established maximum/minimum stock levels of all items

Verify and maintain report for daily inventory deliveries from receiver

Ensure summarize all requisitions in accordance with issue timetable

Maintain report and inform purchase manager for breakages, deteriorate or outdated stock

Ensure updated list of authorized signatories for requisitions are maintained

Ensure smooth internal and external audit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
