Store Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Assistant to support our inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store, including stock management, invoice entry in Tally ERP, and maintaining accurate records of goods movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Enter purchase and sales invoices in Tally ERP with accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for invoice verification.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low stock or discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Support periodic stock audits and physical verification processes.
• Assist in dispatching goods as per order requirements.
• Maintain daily inward and outward registers and stock ledgers.
• Generate stock and invoice reports when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP (invoice entry mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in a store or warehouse role (freshers with Tally knowledge can apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
