Receive all incoming materials at the site. Check quality, quantity, and documentation against Purchase Orders. Inform site engineer/supervisor for inspection. Maintain daily stock registers (manual/ERP). Update inward and outward entries immediately. Monitor stock levels and notify for reordering. Issue materials based on proper indent/approval. Maintain signed issue records. Prevent unauthorized usage or over-issuance. Arrange materials systematically by category. Ensure safe, clean, and hazard-free storage environment. Label/tag all items for easy identification. Conduct regular physical stock checks. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly consumption reports. Reconcile physical stock with records. Maintain records like GRN, DC, invoices, stock ledgers, etc. Assist in internal and external audits. Maintain issue-return register for tools and equipment. Report damage/missing tools to in-charge.
