About the Company:

Keycare Drugs Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing medical device manufacturing company specialising in the production of Blood Collection Tubes and other diagnostic consumables. We operate in a cleanroom environment and follow strict quality and compliance standards as per medical device regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the inward and outward movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Maintain accurate stock records in TechCloud ERP and Tally software.

Ensure proper documentation of material receipts, issue notes, delivery challans, and gate passes.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production and purchase departments for timely replenishment.

Supervise packing, labelling, and dispatch activities of finished goods.

Maintain batch traceability, stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and ensure proper storage as per medical device standards.

Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

Coordinate with QA and Production teams to ensure materials are released as per quality norms.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any discipline (preferred background in Science or Commerce).

2–4 years of experience in store management or inventory control (experience in a medical device or pharma industry preferred).

Knowledge of TechCloud ERP, Tally, and MS Office.

Good understanding of material management, documentation, and GMP practices.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
