Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships by responding professionally and appropriately to inquiries. Additionally, you will manage the customer service process from start to finish, including troubleshooting solutions, gathering and forwarding information, and ensuring customer understanding. You will also recommend process improvements and identify new product and service opportunities based on customer needs. Proficiency in using the POS system to scan items, apply discounts, and manage transactions is required. Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues will be part of your daily tasks.
