Storage Infrastructure Engineer

As a Storage Infrastructure Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing solutions for storage and backup ecosystems in both large and small scale environments. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and engineering solutions utilizing storage and backup technologies. You will have the opportunity to work with products such as EMC PMAX and PURE Platforms, and implement both asynchronous and synchronous storage replication in local and remote environments. Your experience with storage and server virtualization will be invaluable in this role. Your responsibilities will also include working with network hardware, protocols, and standards, as well as managing storage migrations and implementing techniques. Proficiency in using CLI commands for scripting and SAN switch management for Cisco and Brocade networking products will be essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of cloud technologies like AWS and Azure is preferred. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategies in alignment with the company's vision and business goals. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you facilitate cross-functional teams and define standards and frameworks for compute, storage, and networks. Experience with automation and monitoring technologies will also be beneficial in this position.
