Stone Crusher & Quarry Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing all operations at our quarry near Coimbatore, ensuring optimal production, resource management, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: Operational Management: - Directing and overseeing all quarry operations, from drilling to transportation of materials. - Developing and implementing efficient production plans to meet targets and maintain quality standards. - Monitoring and optimizing quarry performance, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective actions as needed. Resource Management: - Managing quarry resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. - Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity. - Procuring materials and services cost-effectively while adhering to budget constraints. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Implementing and maintaining safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents. - Promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability among staff and contractors. Team Leadership and Development: - Leading and motivating quarry staff, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve operational goals. - Fostering a positive work environment based on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Identifying training needs and opportunities for skills development among team members. Stakeholder Management: - Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide updates on quarry operations and challenges. - Collaborating with external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and address concerns.
