Role Objective We are hiring dynamic individuals to join our sales team at Stock Axis Ventures, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000021711). Your role will be to connect with prospective clients, explain our SEBI-compliant stock advisory services, and help them onboard professionally. Ensure all client interactions follow regulatory norms including proper risk disclosure, agreement execution, and non-guaranteed advisory delivery. Key Responsibilities • Reach out to prospective leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms (leads provided). • Clearly explain advisory offerings – no return guarantees, no misleading commitments. • Convert leads into paid clients while maintaining high ethical standards. • Execute complete onboarding – KYC, Agreement, Consent, Disclosures – before service activation. • Maintain accurate records in CRM: calls, follow-ups, payment, and communication. • Meet weekly/monthly revenue and conversion targets as defined by sales leadership. • Ensure all actions are SEBI-compliant and fully documented. • Coordinate with internal teams (feedback & service) to ensure smooth client handover. • Provide first-level support to clients and escalate technical queries to the service team. Key Skills Required • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills (English + Hindi/Regional). • Target-driven, energetic, and professional with confidence in client interaction. • Basic understanding of equity markets, especially intraday trading (preferred). • CRM familiarity (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). • Ability to follow process, handle objections, and work under pressure. • Strong ethics and knowledge of SEBI advisory regulations (training provided).
