Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as kitchen tools such as pots, pans, serving spoons, and utensils. Rotate stock by bringing items from storage into the kitchen. Complete cleaning checklists and maintain appropriate timelines for cleaning and sanitizing. Collect dirty pans from the cooking line and transport them to the pot station for cleaning. Clean and maintain sanitation areas, including organizing cleaning supplies (mops, brooms). Maintain cleanliness of loading dock areas, ceilings, walls, and vents in the dish room. Ensure clean wares are properly stored. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company safety and security policies; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets. Communicate clearly and professionally; develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals. Adhere to quality standards and expectations. Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors. Preferred Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
