Requirements

• Stock Order placement –

Place order to the vendor courier in the system and share the copy or and place by WhatsApp ensure vendor receive the copy on time (WIP) process. This responsibility extends beyond simply placing orders it entails ensuring timely receipt of products and efficient follow-up to meet deadlines.

• Filing the copies –

Filing Xerox copies ensure to mention all tag details in copy and organizing them according to their design/style file This is vital for record-keeping and ensures easy retrieval of specifications for future re-orders.

• Stock order checking perimeter –

It’s crucial to check its weight, design, and size as per the order design reference, this ensures proper stock management and prevents future issues like overstocking with the wrong product. Any product discrepancies should be promptly addressed with guidance from the Head of Department.

• Vendor follow up –

Good communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products. Effective communication is key to avoiding conflicts that could disrupt workflow and damage the vendor relationship.

• Manage order through system –

Involves recording all vendor orders systematically, facilitating smooth follow-ups. This structured process ensures efficient tracking and communication with vendors.
