Job Summary
The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, with the goal of promoting and selling courses and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Conversion will be the main responsibility. You will have to convert leads on the Chat system (Watti) into Clients by providing information related to the Course.
2. Conversion of Leads into Clients can be done by Chatting or Phone as deemed necessary. Conversion Ratio= (Total Courses Sold / Total Number of Leads received)
3. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
5. Attend sales training sessions and conference calls to enhance skills and knowledge.
6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service Also by replying to Client Queries on Customer Support Software.
7. Calling Clients to explain further about the Courses.
8. Co-ordinating with other Customer Support team members
9. You have to connect at least 90 to 100 calls per day.
10. Updating Daily work sheet and Customer Enrolment Sheets
11. WhatsApp broadcasting on Laptop/Computer
12. You will strive hard to improve your Conversion ratio and maintain the minimum limit of Conversion. In failure to meet minimum conversion ratio you will be required to undergo training and practice as deemed necessary by Team Lead / Manager.
13. Other miscellaneous activities as and when decided by Seniors of Customer Support team.
