Stock maintenance billing

As a Stock Maintenance & Billing Executive at Cradle Child Care, your main responsibility will be to manage inventory records, ensure timely billing, and maintain a smooth flow of materials and stock. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operational tasks with precision and efficiency. Your key roles and responsibilities will include maintaining daily stock registers for both incoming and outgoing items, monitoring inventory levels, and promptly reporting any shortages. It will be essential to ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of items, as well as conducting regular physical stock audits to reconcile any discrepancies that may arise. You will also be expected to collaborate with suppliers and vendors to meet material requirements and generate accurate bills for customers or departments. In addition to these tasks, you will need to maintain billing records, submit periodic reports to management, and update stock and billing data in software systems such as Tally or Excel. Your support in ordering, receiving, and verifying goods, as well as ensuring compliance with internal control procedures, will be crucial for the smooth functioning of the inventory management process. Moreover, you may be required to assist with administrative duties as needed by the team. To excel in this role, you should have at least a 12th-grade qualification or higher, possess basic knowledge of inventory or billing software, and demonstrate strong numerical and data entry skills. Effective communication, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and good time management skills are also essential for success in this position. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, and the work location will be in person at Cradle Child Care.
