Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Steward to support our kitchen and service operations. The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting kitchen staff, handling dishwashing duties, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and waste disposal areas
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required
Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables properly
Ensure supplies such as soap, towels, and cleaning tools are stocked
Support smooth kitchen and service operations during busy periods
