Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
  • Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
  • Assist with buffet setup and banquet service when required.
  • Ensure all glassware, cutlery, and crockery are clean and properly arranged.
  • Communicate guest needs and feedback to supervisors or kitchen staff.
  • Follow safety and hygiene regulations as per hotel standards.
  • Restock service stations with supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
