Job Title: Steward (Waiter) – PVR Cinemas

Location: Elan Mercado Mall, Sector 80, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹17,000 CTC per month
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Thursday – Week off)

About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Stewards (Waiters) at PVR Cinemas, Elan Mercado, Sector-80, Gurgaon. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area.
• Ensure timely service during movie intervals.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and patience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above
• Prior experience in F&B/restaurant/hospitality preferred but freshers are welcome
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus
• Positive attitude and grooming standards must be maintained

Shift Details:

• For Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts
• For Female Candidates: Fixed Day Shift
• Note: Cab drop facility is provided at night shifts for safety

Important Notes:

• No leaves allowed from Friday to Sunday
• Candidates must be comfortable with weekend and holiday working
