Steward and captain

• Responsible for the proper set up of all tables in his station.
• To ensure linen, silver, china, glassware and all other table items of his area are clean and in proper condition before use.
• Receive order from the guest or through captain for food and beverage and place them in the kitchen / Bar.
• Should promote food sales through suggestive selling
• Must be able to describe all dishes on menu to the guest.
• He should know daily specials / items not available before the start of service.
• To pick up orders for proper station in kitchen / Bar according to sequence and serve them to guests
• To refer complaints on food and beverage items or service to his superior / manager.
• Prompt clearance from the tables
• To accept payment for orders served, remits cash or signed restaurant check to cashier and if cash transaction, return full change to guests.
• To thank and wish the guest before seeing him off.
• To perform related duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,019.40 per month
