Job Description

A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food service areas while supporting overall customer service and satisfaction. The role involves ensuring all kitchen equipment, dining areas, and work surfaces are clean, sanitized, and well-organized to provide guests with a pleasant and seamless dining experience. Stewards assist the kitchen and service teams in maintaining smooth operations, supporting food preparation, and ensuring that service areas are always presentable. They follow strict health, safety, and sanitation standards, handle waste responsibly, and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, a customer-focused attitude, physical stamina, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is an advantage.
