Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Steno Administrator at Anand Sharma & Associates. The Steno Administrator will be responsible for typijg, dictation and documentation tasks, accurately recording legal dictations, managing case briefs, and maintaining efficient filing systems through spreadsheets etc. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the firm. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills are crucial to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in stenography, including excellent shorthand skills and transcription capabilities
• Organizational and administrative expertise, including managing schedules, filing systems, and communication correspondence
• Strong attention to detail with proficiency in proofreading, editing, and document management
• Working knowledge of legal terms and documentation; prior experience in a law firm is preferred
• Proficiency with relevant software tools, including word processing, scheduling, and case management systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within teams are required
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree or related certification in administrative support or office management is preferred
