Role Overview This role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional who can contribute to hot refining operations at a supervisory level. The incumbent will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and support senior managers in achieving production targets. Key Responsibilities Support hot refining operations with a focus on efficiency and quality. Handle day-to-day challenges and escalate issues where required. Maintain documentation, logs, and ensure adherence to compliance standards. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations. Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering. 36 years of relevant industry experience. Exposure to hot refining or metal/steel operations preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving ability. Technical knowledge of refining operations. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Willingness to learn and take on higher responsibilities.
