Job Title: Reservations Executive (Hospitality Start-up) Location: Pondicherry (Work from Office) Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (including incentives) Commitment: Minimum 1 year | Probation: 3 months About Us We’re building stayxp , a young and dynamic hospitality start-up currently managing boutique properties in Pondicherry. With 2 properties onboard and plans to scale, we are looking for someone passionate about hospitality to set up our end-to-end reservations process and create the foundation for growth. What You’ll Do Manage reservations across OTAs, direct bookings, and offline channels. Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate data on PMS and OTA extranets. Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated. Create SOPs, email templates, and booking process documents. Review guest communication for tone and accuracy. Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports. What We’re Looking For Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management. Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality. Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.). Understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems) and rate management. Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus). Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment. What We Offer Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month (incl. incentives). Direct mentorship from the founder. Hands-on experience in building a hospitality brand from the ground up. Support in finding suitable accommodation (no stay/meals provided).
