Job Description

Job Title: Static Mechanical Engineer PV Elite

Location:

Job Summary:

PV Elite

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
mechanical design and stress analysis
of static equipment using
PV Elite
.
Prepare and review mechanical design deliverables including
design calculations, datasheets, specifications, mechanical GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and MTOs
.
Design and evaluate pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, reactors, columns, filters, and other static equipment.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards such as
ASME Sec VIII Div 1/2, API 650/620, TEMA, WRC, PED
, and client specifications.
Review vendor drawings, technical documentation, and supervise design integration.
Coordinate with procurement teams for technical bid evaluations (TBE) and vendor selection.
Resolve engineering queries and provide technical support during project execution.
Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and interface meetings with other disciplines.
Ensure all design deliverables follow quality, safety, and project schedule requirements.
Support construction and fabrication teams with technical clarifications when required.
