Static Equipment design

Role Overview: As a skilled and experienced Static Equipment Draftsman, you will be joining the engineering team in Surat. Your primary responsibility will be to create detailed 2D fabrication, GA, and layout drawings using AutoCAD for static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. Your role will require you to interpret technical documents like datasheets and P&IDs, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ASME and API. Close coordination with engineers and other departments will be essential to maintain drawing accuracy, version control, and provide support during reviews or inspections. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed 2D fabrication, GA, and layout drawings using AutoCAD - Interpret technical documents such as datasheets and P&IDs - Ensure compliance with industry standards like ASME and API - Coordinate closely with engineers and other departments to maintain drawing accuracy and version control - Provide support during reviews or inspections Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Solid understanding of fabrication processes Additional Details: Experience with tools like PV Elite, SolidWorks, or Inventor, and exposure to EPC or oil & gas projects are added advantages.
