Job Description

As a State Head in the Business Development industry, you will have the following responsibilities: - Set up your team of marketing people and oversee their business activities. - Educate, update, establish sales protocols, supervise the sales team, and monitor their daily call lists. - Conduct team meetings and handle corporate tie-ups & follow-ups. - Ensure team members have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field. - Prefer candidates who can join immediately. - Take responsibility for the overall business of the organization and report to the Sales Head. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Directing and coordinating regional sales functions. - Developing and coordinating sales of Electrical & Electronic goods. - Identifying and developing new customers for products and services. - Researching and developing marketing strategies and new project development. - Analyzing the effectiveness of RTM sales and providing feedback. - Managing sales budgets and overseeing internal operating budgets. - Planning public affairs, communications efforts, distributor events, and marketing programs. - Formulating manpower plans, training field force, and managing sales targets. - Managing distributor accounts, participating in new project proposals, and negotiating sales terms. - Establishing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. - Supervising the preparation and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. - Promoting positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. - Administering policies and procedures to enhance operations. - Developing annual and long-term business plans, recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating regional sales staff. Desired Candidate Profile: - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. - Professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and motivation abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes, facilitate group meetings, and work a flexible schedule. - Initiative, planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, results orientation, customer orientation, negotiation skills, creativity, leadership, communication skills, analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, eye for detail, and positive attitude. Required skills include B2B, Dealers, Distributors, and Sales expertise.,
