The ideal candidate for the position of State Head should possess at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field and be capable of setting up and leading a team of marketing professionals. Responsibilities include establishing sales protocols, supervising the sales team, conducting team meetings, and overseeing corporate tie-ups and follow-ups. The candidate will be required to monitor and follow up on daily call lists for team members, ensuring the overall business success of the team and the organization. The State Head will report directly to the Sales Head of the company and will be responsible for directing and coordinating regional sales functions. They will develop strategies to identify and develop new customers, evaluate sales effectiveness, manage sales budgets, and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for formulating manpower plans, training the field force, and managing distributor accounts to achieve sales targets.
